Transforming Our Early Childhood Programs
This two and one half day institute is a unique opportunity to gather with early childhood educators who desire to take their work to a deeper level with children and as professionals.

Prepare to transform your work with children as you... ...Reflect on the values you hold for children
...Explore your role as a teacher/researcher
...Examine the role of the environment as teacher
...Invest in processes that lead to meaningful curriculum
...Investigate the role of nature in a child's world
...Think about becoming a more effective collaborator with children, their families, and your co-workers
...Integrate inspirations from the Reggio Emilia philosophy

A selection of books, CD's, and videos by Margie and Deb will be available for purchase

Share this journey with other early childhood professionals as we dialogue together with facilitators following each thought-provoking presentation by Margie Carter and Deb Curtis. Meals will be provided, including dinner at the Fullerton Arboretum. Friday evening will be free for individual dining and activity.
