Titan Recreation Drop-In Fitness classes allow members to develop and expand skills related to the latest group exercise trends. Available at various times throughout the day, these classes provide a complete workout for both the novice and experienced individual. All classes adhere to the rudiments of proper technique and choreography associated with contemporary exercise programs. Drop-In Fitness is FREE to CSUF students (included in TSU fees) & Student Recreation Center members.

Show up early to secure your space. All bags must be secured in a locker before attending Drop-In Fitness classes.
