Cardio Circuit is a high interval intensity training class targeting total body and aerobic fitness. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started. Best part, you only need 30 minutes to get a great workout!
This class focuses on the free flow of movement and breath. This style of Yoga is filled with fluid sequences, encouraging alignment, mindful breathing, strength and flexibility. All levels welcome!
Guts, Butts, & Thighs
This class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results. Since the program is fast-paced and offers variety, it can be more interesting than a typical class that focuses on only one aspect (cardio or strength).
Martial Arts Fitness
Teaches how to strike padded equipment, develop power, flexibility and self-confidence, and execute techniques from kung fu, karate, kickboxing and more.
A mind body experience that focuses on muscular strength, body alignment, core stabilization, and flexibility with low impact exercises. Focusing on your breath and core, it will provide a full-body sculpt for any fitness level.
Focus on the mind-body benefits of Yoga with this intense class. Improve your overall conditioning, balance, flexibility and strength with this vigorous format. All levels welcome!
Spin & Core
Spin and Core is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spin bike. We end the class with 20 minutes of core training. The abdominal exercises can range from slower paced exercises to high intensity moves. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners who may not be ready for a full Titan Cycle class.
Enjoy a vigorous, but non-impact, cardio workout. Learn proper set-up, riding technique, proper form, moves, and safety techniques. This class is great for all cyclist.
Total Body Fitness
It’s time to sculpt that desired physique with a strength and conditioning specialist. This is an invigorating, non-stop, heart rate elevating workout that engages all muscles groups and works up a sweat in the effective calorie burning combo.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, fun, and effective fitness routine. Achieve long-term benefits in this exciting hour of calorie-burning dance based class!
