Exhibit Opportunities

The Titan Student Union Art and Exhibit program showcases short-term exhibits in its three gallery spaces. The exhibits featured through this program include student art, contributions by academic departments, and campus informational displays.

Gallery Information

The gallery spaces available are:
- Center Gallery
- Plaza Gallery
- Chapman Atrium

Center Gallery

Location: Main Level of the Titan Student Union in the North-South Hallway adjacent to the Mainframe Computer Lounge.

Gallery Specifications:

The Center Gallery measures 17'-5" x 13'-2". There are 2 full walls enclosed in glass: one 17'-6" wide x 8' high x 14" deep and one 13'-2" wide x 8' high x 14" deep. There are also 3 cases measuring 36" high x 46" wide x 18" deep.

Exhibit Frequency:

This space has 4 monthly shows during the semester, and one show during the summer.

Exhibit Type:

The shows in the Center Gallery are typically hosted by CSUF student artists and are focused on the fine arts.


Plaza Gallery

Location: Lower level of the Titan Student Union near the Fireside Lounge.

Gallery Specifications:

The Plaza Gallery consists of a single glass case. The case measures 37' wide x 40" high x 12" deep.

Exhibit Frequency:

This space has 2 bimonthly shows during the semester, and one show during the summer.

Exhibit Type:

The Plaza Gallery typically showcases CSUF student artists. The nature of these shows is geared toward a general public audience.


Chapman Atrium

Location: Main level of the Titan Student Union in the atrium adjacent to the Pavlions.

Gallery Specifications:

The Chapman Atrium consists of 9 glass enclosed cases. The first and last case measure 51" wide x 40.5" high x 9.5" deep. Cases 2-8 measure 43.5" wide x 40.5" high x 9.5" deep.

Exhibit Frequency:

This space has 2 semester-long shows each academic year.

Exhibit Type:

The Chapman Atrium exhibits information displays and academic exhibits from departments. These shows are highly visible and on exhibit for several months.
