The University Conference Center partners with OC Choice Catering to provide quality catering and informal dining options for our guests.
Catered Dining
Luncheons, receptions and coffee breaks are all important to the success of your event. A professionally trained staff will work to make all of your catered events special occasions.
Select from an extensive catering menu or let the catering coordinator recommend a unique menu to complement your event. The program's chef will create delicious gourmet meals and an attentive staff will provide friendly and courteous service. Beer and wine services are available for catered functions.
Informal Dining
Formal banquets are not always right for every event. As such, there are creative and affordable alternatives to formal catering, including; box meals, continental breakfasts, coffee only service, and more. The facility's food court puts you and your guests in charge. Choose from a variety of quick entrees with familiar names, including; Green Burrito, Togo's, Busy Bee, and Round Table Pizza.
