Candidate Biography

Hello, my name is Maddox Neville, I am a third year Business Marketing major at California State University, Fullerton. Through my time here at CSUF, I have been involved in campus organizations, leadership programs, and community focused initiatives that have strengthened my passion for student advocacy and engagement.

I have held leadership roles in student organizations, including the, Business Inter Club- Council, as an intern in Finance, Marketing, and Programs, where I helped organize events, promote campus involvement, and support philanthropic efforts benefiting both students and local community. Through these experiences, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem solving skills while also learning how to effectively represent diverse student voices.

As a marketing student, I am interested in improving how CSUF communicates opportunities, resources, and events to students. I believe that every student deserves to feel connected, informed, and supported during their college journey.

I am committed to serving our campus with dedication, transparency, and integrity, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact at CSUF.

Candidate Statement/Platform

As a candidate for student leadership at California State University, Fullerton, my goal is to serve as a strong, reliable, and accessible representative for our student body. I am running because I truly care about improving the student experience and ensuring that every Titan feels heard, supported, and empowered.

One of my top priorities is increasing student engagement and awareness. Many students miss out on opportunities because they simply are unaware of available programs, events, and resources. With my background in marketing and programs, I plan to strengthen communication between ASI and students through social media, outreach campaigns and creative promotional strategies that make information clear and accessible.

Another key focus of my platform is student wellness and community. College can be stressful, and it is essential that students have access to mental health resources, academic support, and inclusive spaces where they feel comfortable seeking help. I want to advocate to expand wellness programming and collaborate with campus organizations to promote a healthy balance between academics, personal growth, and social life.

I am also committed to supporting student organizations and campus involvement. Being involved on campus has shaped my college experience, and I want to make it easier for students to find leadership opportunities, funding, and support for their initiatives. I will work to ensure clubs and organizations receive the resources they need to thrive.

Transparency and accountability are central to my leadership philosophy. I believe students deserve clear communication about decisions that affect them. If elected I will actively seek student feedback, hold open conversations, and remain approachable and responsive to concerns.

Above all, I am dedicated to representing the diverse voices of our campus and working collaboratively to create meaningful, lasting improvements. With passion, experiences, and commitment, I am ready to serve CSUF and help build a stronger, more connected Titan community.
