ASI’s Rec’d All Night Welcomes Titans to a Night of Fitness and Community

ASI’s Rec’d All Night Welcomes Titans to a Night of Fitness and Community

  • The Student Recreation Center will host Rec’d All Night, a one-night-only event designed to introduce new and returning Titans to SRC amenities and foster a sense of community.
  • This annual event marks the beginning of the semester with a packed night of activities, encouraging Titans to explore wellness and fitness opportunities on campus.

Associated Students Inc. (ASI) invites Cal State Fullerton students and staff to Rec’d All Night, a high-energy kickoff event showcasing Student Recreation Center (SRC) amenities on Aug. 22 from 8:00 to 10:30 p.m.

The annual tradition marks the start of the academic year with complimentary food, giveaways, live entertainment and a dynamic atmosphere designed to help students connect and explore campus life before the semester begins.

“’Rec’d All Night’ is often the very first step new students take on campus, and hopefully it’s the start of a lifelong commitment to wellness, community and healthy habits,” said Titan Recreation Director JP Gale. “Recreation centers are lightning rods for student engagement.”

“Rec’d All Night” transforms the SRC into a vibrant hub of activity where attendees can explore the climbing wall, outdoor pool, participate in activity sessions and connect with peers in an inclusive, communal environment.

This year’s event is supported by leading outdoor and fitness brands Columbia, PrAna and Mountain Hardwear, highlighting ASI’s continued commitment to quality equipment and accessible recreation for all students.

“Even if it’s for just one night, students get to experience everything the SRC has to offer,” Gale said. “Our ongoing partnerships make these moments possible for everyone.”

Also in collaboration with TitanHEALTH, this year’s Rec’d All Night will also spotlight recovery and self-care, featuring hands-on recovery stations and access to campus health resources that support both physical and mental well-being.

“Partnering with TitanHEALTH is a natural fit; it amplifies their services while introducing new students to the ways we can support their overall well-being at CSUF,” said Gale. “Like the SRC, TitanHEALTH aims to help students thrive physically and mentally.”
