13 Oct Tour the World at AICA’s Multicultural Fest
Cal State Fullerton students and staff can explore the beauty of different cultures from the comfort of the TSU Pavilion AB at the Association of Intercultural Awareness’s (AICA) free Multicultural Fest on Oct. 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In collaboration with International Education and Engagement (IEE) for International Education Week (IEW), this year’s attendees can earn a free food voucher by exploring at least 10 of over 34 cultural clubs in attendance, learn about cultural groups on campus and enjoy themed photobooths.
“It’s much more than an event, it’s an experience,” said Indrayani Bhosale, AICA’s events chair. “You’re going to walk away with a knowledge of different cultures, traditions and feel yourself represented in a community.”
Attendees can explore various cultures and food from organizations like the Muslim Student Association (MSA), Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlan (M.E.Ch.A) and the Alliance for the Preservation of African Consciousness (APAC), among many others. K-Pop dance group Seoulful and Ballet Folklorico de CSUF will also be in attendance, showcasing cultural dance performances.

Additionally, attendees can redeem their food vouchers for Mediterranean fusion food at the Kabobaholic food truck or Kasama Coffee, a coffee stand that celebrates togetherness in Philippine culture.
Each year, Multicultural Fest strives to create a community where anyone, regardless of culture or background, feels supported and connected to the space around them. With a minority population of over 80 percent, “Diverse: Issues in Higher Education” ranked CSUF third in the U.S. for awarding bachelor’s degrees to underrepresented students.

“The diversity at CSUF is its greatest strength,” said Bhosale. “The heart of AICA lies in creating space for culture, identity and connection to really flourish.”
Multicultural Fest kicks off AICA’s 2025-26 academic year as the premier event celebrating the vibrant diversity of CSUF’s student community.
