Biography:

Business and Economics at CSUF. With a strong foundation in Business Law, I bring
two years of experience in leadership roles, congressional fields, and presidential
titles. I’m currently working on earning my Degree in Business concentrating in
Legal Studies. This fueled my passion for fostering innovation and excellence in
business education.

Throughout my student career, I’ve held key roles such as President of Linkcrew,
Best Buddies, Business Legal Studies Association, and within sports like swim team.
Here I successfully created a group of members with like-minded goals and
passions to create a fun competitive environment to push each other to become
the best of one another. This journey has equipped me with a deep understanding
of both the academic and business landscapes, enabling me to drive impactful
initiatives that align with institutional goals.

Beyond my professional life, I enjoy playing with my dog and viewing cases in
courtrooms, which keeps me energized and motivated. I’m eager to bring my
expertise and enthusiasm to CSUF and contribute to our community’s growth and
success.

Statement/Platform:

I am committed to empowering students and creating an environment where they
can thrive academically and professionally. My vision for the College of Business
and Economics includes ensuring students are more knowledgeable regarding
concentrations offered as well as professional resources to pass classes. I would
like to continue to provide top-tier education and opportunities for students who
are determined to become their best.

My foremost priority is to ensure that every student in our college has access to the
resources and support necessary to excel. I plan to work on expanding mentorship
programs that connect students with industry professionals and alumni, providing
valuable guidance and networking opportunities. Additionally, I aim to increase
access to internships and co-op programs, ensuring that students gain practical
experience alongside their academic pursuits. By collaborating with faculty, I will
advocate for curriculum enhancements that reflect the evolving demands of the
business world, preparing students for successful careers.

Moreover, in today’s rapidly changing business environment, innovation is key. I
am committed to fostering a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship within our
college. I will work to establish an Innovation Hub, a space where students can
collaborate on projects, access cutting-edge technology, and receive support for
entrepreneurial endeavors. By organizing workshops, hackathons, and speaker
series, we can inspire students to think outside the box and develop solutions to
real-world challenges.

A strong, supportive community is essential for personal and professional growth. I
plan to enhance our college’s community by promoting inclusivity and diversity. I
would like to establish Titan Walks with the college of business and economics or
networking events to understand how the student body works as a whole in this
specific college; it will also allow students to get to know each other and build their
network within the college. This includes organizing events and forums that
celebrate our diverse backgrounds and perspectives, encouraging open dialogue
and mutual respect. I also aim to strengthen ties with local businesses and
organizations, creating partnerships that benefit both our students and the
community.

Furthermore, I will prioritize transparent and open communication. By establishing
regular town hall meetings and feedback sessions, I want to ensure that every
student’s voice is heard, and their concerns are addressed. I believe in collaborative
leadership, where decisions are made with input from all stakeholders, ensuring
that our college meets the needs of its students. In addition to these pillars, I am
passionate about integrating sustainability and social responsibility into our
college’s ethos. I will advocate for initiatives that promote environmental
awareness and social equity, preparing our students to be conscientious leaders in
their future careers.

In conclusion, I would like my platform to be built on the belief that together, we
can create a vibrant, innovative, and supportive environment that empowers every
student to achieve their fullest potential. I am excited about the opportunity to
work with you and for you, to make our college a place where dreams are realized,
and futures are built.
