Biography:

I’m a first-year Studio Arts major hoping to concentrate in animation. Growing up both in the U.S. and México, there wasn’t much of a thriving art industry where I’m from, hence I came to CSUF with the intention of gaining access to an education that’ll further my goals.
I’ve always thought it was important to get involved in your community to foster diversity and expand opportunities; in high school that came in the form of taking part in various clubs. Now that I’m in college, I see ASI as the best vehicle through which to enact that change.

Statement/Platform:

As ASI Vice President, I will champion students’ rights to live, learn, and work safely and comfortably at CSUF. I know that initiatives like the installation of security cameras in parking garages, the capping of ASI fees, and the restructuring of classes to increase club event accessibility are necessary to ensure the freedoms of students across our campus. As a new U.S Presidential administration takes power, I will fight to protect the rights of our most vulnerable student populations, including undocumented students and those who require reproductive care. For a better ASI, a better CSUF and a better future for all.
