Khoi Tran

Khoi Tran is a first-year History major who aspires to become a teacher. The first in his family of immigrants to enter college, Khoi has had to navigate the challenges of college life as well as gaining independence for himself. He’s running for ASI to help improve everyone’s experience and to leave college better than when he first came.

As a member of the Board of Directors, I will champion students’ rights to live, learn, and work safely and comfortably at CSUF. I know that initiatives like the installation of security cameras in parking garages, the capping of ASI fees, and the restructuring of classes to increase club event accessibility are necessary to ensure the freedoms of students across our campus. As a new U.S Presidential administration takes power, I will fight to protect the rights of our most vulnerable student populations, including undocumented students and those who require reproductive care.

Being a first-year History major, I am excited to bring new ideas and initiatives to the table with my love for history and passion for change to the CSUF campus. I aim to be a strong advocate for HSS within ASI, to fight for changes and improvements to existing programs while also making new opportunities for History students.
