The Zen Den is a new wellness experience created for CSUF students as part of the ASI Student Wellness Initiative.
This first-of-its-kind pilot gives students free access to a dedicated wellness space featuring innovative equipment and experiences designed to help you relax, recharge, recover and support your overall well-being.
But the Zen Den is also a look at what’s next for student wellness at CSUF. Your experience and feedback will help ASI understand what students value most and inform the features and resources considered for the future Student Wellness Center.
Take some time for yourself and help shape the future of wellness at CSUF.
Before students can book an equipment appointment, they will need to complete the following steps:
Complete the SRC waiver and schedule a Zen Den orientation through the SRC FusionGo app or the SRC portal. Only current matriculated CSUF students will have access to the Zen Den.
August 24–September 4: The Zen Den will offer orientations only throughout the day. Equipment appointments will not be available during this period.
Attend your scheduled 15-minute Zen Den orientation. The orientation goes beyond basic instructions on how to operate the equipment.
Students will learn how wellness features including heat, vibration, compression, sound, and zero-gravity positioning interact with the body, what they may experience while using the equipment, and how each feature may support relaxation, recovery, and overall well-being.
After completing the orientation, return to the Zen Den booking page to reserve your preferred equipment.
Equipment bookings begin September 4. Students may visit the Zen Den once per week for a 30-minute appointment.
